Useful Resources for Survivors
Information For Survivors
On this page we have pulled together some of our most-used resources on sexual violence, common responses, feelings and experiences, healing and coping strategies, and inclusion information. The majority of these are from Rape Crisis Scotland, with some of our own also in the mix. We also have dedicated resource pages for friends & families and young people.
You can find out more about sexual violence, including self-help information, via the Rape Crisis Scotland website.
